GENERAL

These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the Website. By signing up for The Word of Christ Ministry Donations/Tithing Program, you are agreeing to these general terms and conditions provided herein. Please carefully review the following when signing up to make any donations/tithing:

We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives.
All payments through the Website are to be made by payment card, PayPal (or other), or electronic check. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize The Word of Christ Ministry to request funds from your credit/debit card or checking account (via electronic check) using PayPal or other payment processors that provide services to The Word of Christ Ministry.

Before we can process a donation you must provide us with your contact information by completing the Contact Form; We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information. Details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation you will provide directly to our payment processor PayPal (or other). For your protection and security, we do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
When you select your donation/tithing amount, you will be transferred to our payment processor PayPal (or other), and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by PayPal (or other).

When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them.

When you are opt-in for the monthly/weekly recurring donations program, you will receive an email confirming your registration and the amount selected as your monthly donation to proceed through our payment services provider PayPal (or other).
Your registration is your consent/authorization for us to request funds from your credit/debit card provider until you “Unsubscribe” as indicated below.
You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal (or other) showing receipt of your monthly donation after it has been processed through your selected credit/debit card.

By contacting The Word of Christ Ministry, you agree to be contacted by email, mobile phone, text, or other means to which you consent.
Services of this deliverance and healing ministry are only available for adults 18+ years old. You must be at least [18] years of age to use this website. By using this website [and by agreeing to these terms and conditions], you warrant and represent that you are at least [18] years of age.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

We will not share, sell, or rent your personal information any other third party other than as set out herein. We will share this information with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf, but we do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements.

SECURITY

We care about the security of your transactions and apply industry-standard practices and technologies to safeguard your credit/debit card information. We also employ other best practice security protocols to protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the organization. Security best practices include encrypting all web traffic, testing for security vulnerabilities and correcting all critical and/or high vulnerabilities, and securing websites with web application firewalls and intrusion protection systems.

TERMINATION

If you wish to stop or cancel your tithing/donation partnership with The Word of Christ Ministry, you will have the option to do so by sending an email to contact@Word316.org and your cancellation request will be processed as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If you wish to stop or cancel your tithing/donation partnership with The Word of Christ Ministry, you will have to notify Members' Support at The Word of Christ Ministry (contact@Word316.org) before your next monthly donation is due to be processed.
If you stop or cancel your tithing/donation partnership and your monthly donation has already been processed, there is no refund on that month’s donation. Your option to stop or cancel your tithing/donation partnership will become effective the following month. The Word of Christ Ministry will refund tithing/donations only if an error occurs or at The Word of Christ Ministry's discretion.

The Word of Christ Ministry will discontinue contact with any person upon written request. Please contact us via email: contact@Word316.org

The fastest means of unsubscribing from the recurring Donations/Tithing Program is by sending an email to contact@Word316.org.

RECURRING DONATIONS/TITHING RE-START

If you wish to resume your recurring donations/tithing to The Word of Christ Ministry Donations/Tithing Program, you may do so at any time. All you would need to do is to send an email to contact@Word316.org and your request will be processed as soon as possible.

In the event your recurring donations/tithing cannot be processed due to your credit/debit card has been declined, or has expired or any other issue with the payment being processed, we will notify you through an email. Your monthly recurring donation will pause until you update your donation information either through the online Donate page or by sending an email to contact@Word316.org

We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time so we encourage you to review them again regularly to stay up to date. Changes will take effect when posted on this website.
